We supply and install a White Vinyl LOW-E Argon Gas window in your choice of three egress-compliant styles — casement, sliding, or hopper. Every window is set in 2"×6" pressure-treated (PT) bucking secured directly to the concrete foundation, membrane tar wrap applied to the assembly, and sealed with 100% silicone throughout. Vinyl brickmould with a reverse drip cap (metal membrane between the plastic wrap and brickmould) ensures water is directed away from the wall assembly. The result is a permanently weather-tight installation built to Alberta Building Code, ready for inspection.

Once clear, our crew excavates to the required depth, removes all excess dirt, and exposes the foundation wall ready for cutting. We use the one-third rule for backfill: you can keep up to one-third of excavated soil on site; the rest is hauled away.

Concrete Cutting

Window Installation
